The Wheel Puller and Embossing machines are supplied as either single stand two shaft or double stand four shaft units. The pullers are equipped with rubber covered wheels. The embossers are equipped with blank shafts. The wheels for the puller are included whereas embossing and back-up rolls will be supplied upon request.

Adjustable Shafts and Wheels

The lower shafts are powered by a variable speed AC Flux Vector drive through a gear reducer-chain and sprocket drive train. All sprockets have flame hardened teeth for long life. The upper shaft is manually adjusted for desired wheel or embossing roll opening and is spring loaded. The puller wheels can be positioned on the shafts to accommodate various product widths. Standard journal bearing size is 1-7/16 inch in diameter. Adjustable nylon entrance guide rollers align the extrudate on the entrance side of the machine.

Easy to Use Safety Controls

1/2 inch mild steel construction is used throughout. The machines are equipped with four swivel casters and four adjustable leveling pads. The electrical controls include illuminated start-stop pushbuttons, a magnetic starter with thermal overload protection and a 3 phase safety disconnect. The control voltage is 120 volts single phase. All controls are recessed to avoid accidental speed change or depressing of stop pushbutton. A neoprene line cord with U.L. listed 4 prong 20 amp plus is also provided.
