Adjustable Blowers
The RDN Cooling Tables are designed for air cooling of plastic profiles. Air is directed to the extrudate through adjustable position nozzles mounted on the first ten foot section of the table. Additional cooling is accomplished with blowers mounted above and below the extrudate in the second ten foot section of the table.
Adjustable Swivel Casters
The tables, of all welded steel construction, are mounted on four swivel casters and are provided with five adjustable height leveling pads. Fine height adjustment is accomplished through a threaded rod at each end of the table. The air supply system for the first ten foot section consists of an air supply manifold with thirty valves, hoses and nozzles and an adjustable pressure regulator with gauge and moisture separator.
Adjustable Lifter Arms and Guides
The nozzles are supported by twenty sets of adjustable position lifter arms and blocks. Twenty adjustable aluminum profile form guide holders are also provided. The second ten foot section of the table is equipped with four electric blowers above and four electric blowers below the extrudate. The lateral position and height of the blowers are adjustable.
