Stable Vacuum Levels Allow for Increased Line Speed and Eliminate Tube Ovality

The patented design creates a vacuum through the use of a variable speed blower whose suction port is coupled to the air volume in the vacuum sizing compartment. The reservoir separates the air and water and the vacuum level is equalized with the upper tank, achieving unprecedented stability.

Efficient Recirculation System

The large capacity reservoir, newly designed for faster access and reduced maintenance downtime, holds all the process water when the vacuum compartment is drained.

Ingenious Calibrator / Quench Assembly

The INTELLISIZE™ 2.0 PVS combines a quench chamber to pre-cool and seal the vacuum compartment and a vacuum sizing sleeve that is mounted on the entrance of the tank within a water well, providing a film of water on the tube as it enters.

Adjustable Design

Handwheels quickly provide perfect positioning of the tank vertically and horizontally. Non-marking casters and leveling screws are also provided to facilitate adjustments during processing.
